Christina Martinelli serves as a manager of Customer Success for Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. Christina is a dedicated and results-driven Customer Success manager with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. With more than six years of experience in customer success and human capital management, Christina excels at managing the full customer lifecycle, from lead qualification and onboarding to account management and strategic growth initiatives.
In her current role at Gallagher, Christina serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless engagement and successful utilization of payroll, HRIS technology and HR consulting services. She's passionate about consultative selling and fostering long-term partnerships with her clients. Christina's ability to balance relationship-building with detail-oriented execution is a hallmark of her approach.
Before joining Gallagher, Christina held a similar role at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm Gallagher acquired in 2024. Prior to joining OperationsInc in 2021, Christina honed her expertise at ADP, where she worked as a district manager.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Christina holds a B.S. degree in animal science business. During her time at Kansas State, she competed as a Division I equestrian athlete, demonstrating her commitment to teamwork, discipline and excellence.
