Deborah Carley

Deborah serves as senior director of Talent Acquisition Services within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness team. As one of the leaders, she manages a team of recruiting consultants partnering with both employees and clients to support and deliver fractional recruiting solutions.

Before joining Gallagher, Deborah spent 12 years at OperationsInc, a leading HR consulting firm acquired by Gallagher in 2024, where she advanced progressively in the talent acquisition division. Her earlier experience includes three years with Save the Children, a prominent nonprofit organization, where she supported national and global executive recruitment, and seven years with a New York City — based executive search firm specializing in placing senior finance and accounting leaders across diverse industries.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Quinnipiac University. This foundation provides her with a strong understanding of the financial and operational needs of both the internal organization and the clients she supports.
