Holly Baumgartner

Holly Baumgartner serves as a director, HR Consulting Services for the Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. In this role, Holly helps to oversee the HR Consulting division and partners with both employees and clients to deliver comprehensive HR management solutions. She's recognized as a subject matter expert in leave administration and provides strategic guidance on complex HR compliance issues to a diverse client base.
Before Gallagher, Holly worked at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm Gallagher acquired in 2024, working various roles in the HR, Payroll and Talent space.
Holly earned a master's degree in labor and policy studies, with an advanced certificate in human resources management from Empire State College. She also holds a bachelor's degree in marketing/management from Siena College.
