Ian Keas

Ian Keas is a managing director with Gallagher's Executive Compensation team. In his role, Ian advises both public and private organizations in planning, creating and implementing executive compensation programs.

For more than 15 years, Ian has served as a consultant and practice leader for two leading executive compensation and corporate governance firms. As lead consultant to many large, privately held organizations, public companies and nonprofit organizations, Ian has advised on executive compensation, non-executive compensation, board-of-director compensation and corporate governance programs.
