Jacquelyn Spezzano is an experienced and versatile Payroll and HR professional who brings more than 20 years of expertise spanning a wide range of industries. She's a member of the Payroll and HR Technology Services Leadership team under Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice, focusing on the development and leadership of the team. Jacquelyn leads her team with emphasis on efficient, compliant and scalable solutions that support clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Her background includes deep proficiency across all facets of payroll and HR administration, with extensive hands-on experience in HRIS platforms, covering full cycle implementations, daily operations, system reconfigurations and process optimization. She's known for driving automation, strengthening compliance and elevating operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.
Before joining Gallagher, she spent seven years as a payroll and benefits administrator at an orthopedic practice, where she managed end-to-end payroll and benefits functions and built a strong foundation in healthcare HR operations.
She's recognized for her commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service in every aspect of payroll and HR technology.
