Jen Clark

Jen Clark serves as a vice president, Talent Acquisition Services within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness team, where she leads the Talent Acquisition Services Consulting team. Jen oversees all client recruiting strategies and delivery for Gallagher's national client base, providing strategic direction and operational oversight as well as serving as a subject matter expert to prospects, clients and internal team members.

Before joining Gallagher, Jen was vice president of Talent Acquisition Services at OperationsInc (OI), a leading HR consulting firm that Gallagher acquired in 2024. During her 12-year tenure at OI, she held several leadership roles — including director and manager of Recruiting Services — and was instrumental in building and managing scalable, client-tailored recruitment solutions nationwide.

Jen began her career in legal recruiting, holding roles of increasing responsibility at Proskauer Rose, Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Skadden and later as vice president at Conduit Recruiting Corp., where she specialized in executive attorney placements across the US and Europe.

Jen holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island's College of Business, where she served as Vice President of both the American Marketing Association and the International Association of Business Communicators.
