Jennifer Christopher

Jennifer is the manager of Customer Success within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness consulting practice. She brings strong relationship management experience to her team. Jennifer has nurtured client relationships from several different viewpoints, including being involved in the day-to-day project management of onboarding new clients, as well as building meaningful, lasting relationships with both internal and external partners.

Prior to Gallagher, Jennifer worked at OperationsInc (OI), an HR Consulting firm Gallagher acquired in 2024, working as a project manager across various aspects of the business.

Jennifer's career has always been rooted in providing exemplary customer service tailored to each client's individual needs. She worked at ADP for 10 years and was a group leader within the Human Capital Management practice.

She holds a BA in history from Siena College.
