Jennifer Palumbo
Director, HR Consulting Services
Jennifer Palumbo serves as one of the directors on the HR Consulting team within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She manages a team of HR Consultants partnering with both employees and clients to support and deliver fractional HR solutions.
Before joining Gallagher, Jennifer worked at OperationsInc (OI) for nine years where she held a progression of roles as a HR generalist, HR business partner, and manager, HR Consulting Services prior to the acquisition with Gallagher in 2024.
A seasoned HR professional, Jennifer contributed as an HR business partner at Norwalk Hospital (now Nuvance Health) for eight years and as an HR manager for HealthMarkets for five years. In these roles, she handled employee relations, investigations, onboarding and terminations, recruitment, policy and procedure development and implementation.
Jennifer earned a BS in public health from Southern Connecticut State University.
