Jill Caruso
Director, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness
Jill Caruso serves as director of the HR Consulting team within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She leads a team of HR consultants and works in a senior strategic capacity with clients.
Before joining Gallagher, Jill was director of HR Consulting at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm that Gallagher acquired in 2024. During her tenure she served as fractional/interim CHRO for clients, investigated complex employee relations matters, coached client managers for optimal performance and compliance and managed a team of HR professionals to ensure they met and exceeded key performance indicators (KPIs) and expectations.
Prior to OI, Jill held progressive roles at Thomson Reuters, where she moved from HR manager to senior HR manager, to HR director, senior HR director, and VP of HR. As vice president of HR, Jill ran the HR function for two business units, with responsibility for over 1500 employees and $ 500 million in revenue.
Jill earned a BA in sociology from Gettysburg College and an MS in human resource management from Manhattanville University.
