Katherine Franz serves as a Customer Success manager for the Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. Katherine has a passion for building strong relationships and helping clients reach their goals. With more than five years of experience in sales and customer success, Katherine thrives at the intersection of strategy, communication and problem-solving. She takes pride in being a trusted partner to her clients — guiding them through the sales process, ensuring high quality support and delivering value every step of the way.
Katherine serves as the primary point of contact for her clients, acting as a relationship manager and advocate. She works closely with her clients to ensure a smooth and successful engagement, ensuring support meets expectations and contributes to a positive overall impact on their organization and bottom line.
Before joining Gallagher, Katherine worked as a business development representative and was promoted to practice management consultant at Rectangle Health.
A graduate of State University of New York (SUNY) Brockport, Katherine holds a BS degree in kinesiology. During her time at Brockport, she worked as a personal trainer, health and fitness specialist, and physical therapy assistant.
Katherine is enthusiastic about helping others, both personally and professionally. Her commitment to helping others drives her success in her role as a Customer Success manager.
