Kevin Roberts serves as the leader of the People and Workplace Experiences team within the People Development and Insights practice, where he brings more than two decades of experience in people and workforce analytics. A recognized innovator in the application of advanced analytics to talent strategy, Kevin helps organizations move beyond data delivery to uncover actionable insights that shape the employee experience. Kevin is an energetic leader with a passion for people analytics, people development and employee engagement. By combining data-driven insights along with practical strategies and employee feedback, Kevin's team helps employers achieve their goals with crucial workforce buy-in.
Before joining the team, Kevin spent more than a decade at Aon, where he launched and scaled a range of new products, services and strategic partnerships. His work spanned various areas including executive compensation, board of director compensation, governance, people analytics and wellbeing. Kevin has built a vast network during his career and prides himself on having an ear to the ground, understanding the current culture as well as where it's headed. An evolving focus within his People and Workplace Experiences group is artificial intelligence (AI) and its effect on the new and growing demands of today's workplace culture — both in office and virtually.
Based in Chicago, Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in psychology from Roosevelt University. Outside of work, Kevin volunteers his time as part of his town's planning committee.
