Kim Cushing

Kim Cushing serves as director of Payroll and HR Technology Services for the Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She's a member of the leadership team for the Payroll, HR Technology and Payroll Tax Compliance Consulting teams and serves as a collaborative partner and subject matter expert, helping prospects, clients and colleagues.

Before joining Gallagher in 2025, Kim built her career at PrimePay, where she advanced through a series of leadership roles spanning professional services, client implementation, and sales. Over more than two decades, she directed payroll and HR implementation teams, designed onboarding frameworks to improve client retention and led national sales initiatives.

Kim earned a BA in social work at McDaniel College.
