Kyle Lamport

Kyle Lamport is a principal consultant with Gallagher's Executive Compensation team. In that role, Kyle advises clients across a range of industries and sizes on all matters of compensation and related corporate governance. He brings experience in executive, non-executive and board of director compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plan design.

For more than 10 years, Kyle has served as a strategic advisor to private and public clients. Industries include multiple segments across the energy industry supply chain, banking and financial services, insurance, real estate, and transportation and distribution sectors. Kyle understands that clients value guidance as well as data as they look to structure compensation programs that align with business strategy and differentiate themselves from the competition.

Most recently, Kyle served as a principal at Zayla Partners, a national consulting firm. Before joining that organization, he served in various consulting and managerial roles for a premier boutique compensation consulting firm based in Houston, Texas.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He earned certifications from the Economic Research Institute, including the Compensation Committee Certification (CCC) and Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC). Kyle contributes to the total rewards community in Houston through membership in both the Houston Compensation and Benefits Association and WorldatWork.
