Latoya Scott

Latoya Scott serves as director of Payroll Tax Compliance Services within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She leads a team of payroll tax compliance specialists and contributes as a key member of the Payroll and HR Technology Services team, providing support and guidance to clients, prospects and team members on complex payroll tax challenges.

Before joining Gallagher, Latoya was director of Payroll Tax Compliance Services at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm acquired by Gallagher in 2024. Starting as a payroll tax compliance manager, she quickly advanced to lead the Payroll Tax Compliance team, ensuring accurate and timely compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions, maintaining audit readiness and implementing strong internal controls.

Latoya previously served as a payroll tax consultant at DuPont, managing corporate payroll tax compliance across multi-state jurisdictions, overseeing tax payments, reconciliations and agency reporting, and leading process improvements and merger-related tax projects. Before DuPont, she held multiple roles at JP Morgan Chase Bank, spending her last two years as a payroll tax compliance specialist focused on state and local tax regulations for US employees.

She holds a B.S. in business management and an M.B.A. with a minor in healthcare administration from Wilmington University, Delaware.
