Laura Bailey
Senior Director, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness
Laura Bailey serves as senior director, Talent Acquisition Services within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness team. She's a member of the leadership team for the Talent Acquisition Services consulting group, which provides fractional recruiting solutions for clients.
Before joining Gallagher in 2024 through its acquisition of OperationsInc, Laura spent more than nine years at OperationsInc in progressive leadership roles, including director of Talent Acquisition Services and manager of Talent Acquisition Services.
Earlier in her career, Laura spent over eight years as an executive recruiter with a boutique retained search firm, leading high-level executive searches for Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of job functions and industries.
Laura earned an MBA in human resources from Pace University's Lubin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Iowa State University.
