Lauren Steese

Lauren serves as director of Customer Success for Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. As a key leader on the Customer Success team, Lauren's responsible for maintaining client relationships and client retention within the practice. She partners with clients to understand their unique needs and collaborates with Gallagher's consulting teams and internal resources to develop tailored support models and bespoke solutions across the HR, payroll, recruiting and training spectrum. Lauren is a dynamic customer champion, with a true passion for cultivating relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. She prides herself on providing individualized attention, support and advocacy to each of her clients.

Before joining Gallagher, Lauren served as the director of Customer Success at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm Gallagher acquired in 2024.

Throughout her career, Lauren has held client-facing positions in industries such as advertising, media planning, event planning, sales and recruiting. In addition, she successfully ran her own recruiting company from 2015 to 2019. Lauren earned her BS in marketing from Quinnipiac University.

Lauren is active in her local community and served for seven years in a leadership role within the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County. She also volunteers regularly to feed the hungry and provide essential items to food pantries and homeless shelters. On top of her work with both Gallagher and local charities, Lauren is a busy mom to two boys and a sweet King Charles Cavalier.
