Lindsay Peress

Lindsay Peress is the strategic delivery and operations leader for Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness division, where she leads strategic initiatives and advances operational excellence across the practice. In this role, she partners closely with senior leadership to translate organizational vision into actionable plans that strengthen alignment, enhance efficiency and deliver measurable impact.

Before joining Gallagher, Lindsay was instrumental in driving the growth of the broader HR Consulting practice within OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm Gallagher acquired in 2024. Lindsay held a series of progressively senior roles within OI, including vice president of HR Consulting, director of HR Consulting and manager of HR Consulting. Her experience spans a wide range of strategic and operational HR disciplines, with a consistent focus on delivering scalable HR solutions to clients.

Before OI, Lindsay held senior HR roles at Thomson Reuters, where she served as a strategic HR business partner. During her tenure, she led HR due diligence and integration efforts for global acquisitions and divestitures, managed enterprise-level HR projects and provided expert counsel on talent management and organizational development.

Lindsay began her career at Media Planning Group in New York City, where she advanced from HR coordinator to HR generalist. She holds a BA in psychology from Binghamton University.
