Lisa Johnson

Lisa Johnson serves as the vice president of Training and Development Services for the Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness team within Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. In this role, she delivers impactful training programs on professional and leadership development, sexual harassment prevention, relationship building, workplace respect, multigenerational workforce dynamics and performance management. Lisa delivers live, instructor-led training in an interactive workshop group setting or as one-on-one coaching.

Before joining Gallagher, Lisa progressed to vice president of Training and Development Services with OperationsInc (OI), where she started in 2012. Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience to her role. She worked at Cablevision for 18 years, where she was responsible for training and instructional design across the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas. Her focus at Cablevision included creating and delivering university-style learning for new hires and leaders in all divisions.

Lisa has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that have positively impacted organizational culture and employee performance. Her dedication to fostering respectful and inclusive workplaces has earned her recognition and praise from clients and colleagues alike.

Lisa earned a BS in business economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
