Meghan Hopkins
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness
Meghan Hopkins leads the Customer Success team within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a trusted HR leader. She oversees relationship management and growth strategies for the practice, while delivering deep expertise across HR, training and development, and recruiting services.
Before joining Gallagher, Meghan served as senior vice president of Customer Success at OperationsInc (OI), an HR consulting firm acquired by Gallagher in 2024. During her tenure at OI, which began in 2013, she co-led the HR consulting team for three years before transitioning to focus on client relationship management. Earlier in her career, Meghan held HR leadership roles in the medical device industry and began her professional journey in HR operations at a global commercial real estate firm.
Meghan holds a BA in English and management from Fairfield University in Connecticut. Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, she's actively involved in her community, serving on committees and nonprofit boards benefiting local children. She also sits on the executive committee of The WorkPlace, a workforce development nonprofit serving southwestern Connecticut.
