Melissa Zahler

Missy serves as senior manager, Talent Acquisition services within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She manages a team of recruiting consultants, focusing on full life cycle recruitment in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors.

Before joining Gallagher, Missy spent five years at OperationsInc, a leading Human Resources consulting firm acquired by Gallagher in 2024, where she advanced in the talent acquisition division. Her earlier experience included sales and account management for Fortune 500 companies.

Missy holds both a Bachelor of Science (marketing) and an MBA from Butler University.
