Nicole Neil

Nicole Neil serves as a director on the HR Consulting team within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She leads a team of HR consultants and also works in a senior strategic capacity with clients advising them on organizational development and assessments, employee relations, performance coaching and reductions in force.

Before joining Gallagher, Nicole served as a strategic HR business partner in various industries including financial services, health and wellness and  luxury retail. She spent most of her career at Morgan Stanley, where she spent almost twelve years serving as the senior HR relationship manager for various departments, providing strategic support to senior management on all HR matters.

Nicole then moved on to senior HR roles in various hedge funds, including serving as the director of Human Resources, overseeing the entire HR function, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting, performance management, and training and development.

Nicole earned a BA in psychology from Villanova University. She's also held certifications in wellness coaching, personal training and nutrition.
