Shannon Peffer

Shannon Peffer serves as a manager of Payroll and HR Technology Services within Gallagher's Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness practice. She leads a team of payroll consultants and Payroll and HR Technology managers. She's a member of the leadership team for the Payroll, HR Technology, and Payroll Tax Compliance Consulting teams and provides support and guidance to clients and team members on topics related to managed payroll, compliance, implementation, procedural audits and open enrollment system setup.

Before joining Gallagher in 2024, Shannon built an expansive career at Paychex, spanning nearly two decades. During her tenure, she quickly advanced through various roles, gaining extensive experience in payroll operations, training, payroll migrations, and project management.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Susquehanna University.
