Steve Dion is managing director of Gallagher's Leadership and Organizational Development specialty. In this role, he leads a team of consultants dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their cultures, develop leaders at all levels and enhance overall performance. A respected voice in leadership and culture development, Steve brings more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering impactful programs for organizations across industries. He's known for translating complex people challenges into actionable strategies that drive engagement, retention and results.

Steve was the founder and CEO of Dion Leadership, a firm recognized for its award-winning work in leadership development, coaching and team effectiveness. His work building this firm is grounded in his prior experience as a chief human resources officer for a publicly traded financial services company. Dion Leadership joined Gallagher in 2025.

His passion for building human-centered workplaces continues to guide his work, helping leaders and teams thrive in today's evolving world of work. Today, he provides thought leadership, innovation and strategic leadership development consulting support for Gallagher's clients.
