Tracy Morris is a principal consultant with the Public Sector and Higher Education Compensation service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Tracy has 10 years of experience working in public sector HR and compensation consulting. Prior to joining Gallagher, Tracy was a Compensation Consultant with the Texas Association of School Boards.
Tracy holds a bachelor's degree in applied economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from Texas Tech University, and she is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and softball, watching sports, fishing and spending time with friends and family. Tracy is located in Austin, TX.
