Victoria Soormally

Victoria Soormally is Vice President, People & Culture, UK and Europe for Gallagher’s UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS). Victoria is responsible for all aspects of HR, people engagement, development and culture. She also holds responsibility for enhancing the overall people experience, developing the people strategy in conjunction with the wider business.
Victoria joined Gallagher in November 2020. Prior to her role at Gallagher, Victoria worked in senior roles across various industries including global tech start-ups, energy and motor organisations. In these roles she has supported company expansions into EMEA and APAC from both a HR and change project perspective.
Victoria is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and holds a degree in business management, postgraduate diploma in human resource management and a master’s degree in global human resource management. Victoria was named “Top HR Talent 30 under 30” by the 'Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in conjunction with HR Magazine.
