Eileen Yuen

Eileen Yuen is the managing director for Gallagher’s national Financial Institutions practice, providing niche expertise to Gallagher’s clients and branch offices across the United States. Eileen is responsible for developing the national strategic direction of the practice, cultivating organic growth, leading the creation of FI-related knowledge content for clients, and identifying and unifying Gallagher resources in this practice across the country. Additionally, she manages the program design, marketing and ongoing risk management services tailored to a book of business that includes both publicly traded and privately held community, regional, national and global banks, hedge funds, investment advisors, wealth management firms, insurance companies, fintech firms, etc. Her expertise encompasses all lines of insurance, from D&O and professional liability to cyber liability and property, general liability and specialized products, such as kidnap/ransom, plastic card fraud and foreclosed/forced placed coverages.

Before joining Gallagher in 2007, Eileen served as a vice president in the Commercial Lines division at Willis in San Diego, California. Prior to her time at Willis, Eileen spent nearly a decade with Marsh & McLennan, both in San Diego and New York City. Over the course of these years, Eileen managed a wide variety of accounts from Fortune 500 clients to start-up companies in a range of industries, including finance, technology, hospitality, life sciences, real estate and more.

Eileen is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a dual degree in international business and French, and a minor in marketing. She is an active member of various state bankers associations, PLUS (Professional Liability Underwriting Society) and several other trade groups. Additionally, Eileen is a member of the National Advisory Council for Banks at Travelers Insurance and the Advisory Council for the ABAIS (American Bankers Association Insurance Services) Program.
