Lizzy Zeilinger is a Consultant with the Physician and Advanced Practice Provider Services service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Before joining Gallagher, Lizzy played a critical role in the physician compensation department at a multispecialty health system. During her time there, she administered and successfully completed a physician compensation redesign and completed many process improvement initiatives.
Lizzy's areas of expertise include physician burnout/engagement, testing proposed compensation models against related market compensation and productivity metrics, evaluating a practice's overall financials and operations, and reviewing physician compensation processes to assist clients with inefficiencies. Her graphic and analytic reports help depict the reasonableness of a physician or practice's professional, financial, or operational performance in relation to market benchmarks.
Her national client base includes large multispecialty clinics, integrated healthcare systems, stand-alone hospitals, prestigious academic medical centers and children's hospitals.
Lizzy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the College of Saint Benedict, and a Master's degree in Healthcare Innovation from the University of St. Thomas.
