Morgan Todd Ledford

Morgan Todd Ledford is a Managing Director with Gallagher's Executive Search and Leadership Advisors practice.

Morgan brings more than 25 years of HR strategy, HR business partnership, and talent management leadership experience to her consulting practice. Her experience includes such industries as healthcare, technology, and retail spaces in small, mid-size, and large Fortune 500 global organizations.

Morgan's passion is helping organizations attract, grow and leverage talent and people strategies to drive business outcomes. She's a trusted expert and partner, advisor and executive coach. Data savvy and outcome driven, Morgan serves as a change enabler working to harness innovation and best practices, translating them into inspiring, achievable and practical talent solutions.

Before becoming a consultant, Morgan held leadership roles encompassing the full scope of the talent lifecycle, including talent attraction; assessment; development; organizational design; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B); culture and engagement; performance enablement; change management and succession planning for senior leaders and C-suites.

Most recently, she served as vice president of Talent Management and DEIB at Omnicell. Before that role, Morgan spent 11 years with McKesson in progressively more responsible roles, most recently as vice president, Talent Partnership/Talent Management as well as HR business partner leadership. Her experience also includes HR leadership roles at Ironworks Consulting, Circuit City and ProQuest.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Davidson College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Morgan lives in Richmond, Virginia.
