As Practice Leader, Thomas Cummins oversees the survey function for the Research and Insights team of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. His group is one of the leading compensation and benefits surveying teams in the country. He brings expertise in the fields of research, design, data modeling, and survey techniques to the production of numerous national, regional and local reports.
Mr. Cummins has greatly expanded survey operations from two local healthcare surveys to producing hundreds of surveys in various industries across the country. Along the way he helped to increase the "user friendliness" of our survey products, upgrading electronic survey methodologies including web-based surveys and implementing more sophisticated database reporting. He currently is developing new online tools to better meet the needs of survey participants.
Mr. Cummins is a frequent speaker on compensation issues and related economic analyses—he is noted not only for his expertise, but for his humor.
