Ben Reynolds is Global Managing Director of Talent for Gallagher's Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS), responsible for the strategic direction, growth and performance of Gallagher's Talent business globally. He leads teams across multiple markets, helping organisations attract, develop and retain the people they need to drive organisational performance. Ben also serves as Managing Director of Global Communication Consulting and Talent UK.
With more than 20 years' experience spanning communications, talent and HR consulting, Ben has built and grown consulting businesses and played a significant role in developing Gallagher's communication and talent capabilities in the UK and internationally. He joined Gallagher in 2014 following the acquisition of the communications business that he was a director of and has since focused on developing high-performing teams, new capabilities and solutions that connect people strategy with business performance.
