John is the Head of Corporate Consulting, Employee Benefits for Gallagher’s UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS).
In his role, John leads a team of consultants, technicians, developers and administrators providing industry-leading solutions to UK corporations in their employee benefit programmes covering healthcare, financial wellbeing, workplace savings, group protection and total reward. The Corporate Consulting team is part of Gallagher’s Employee Benefits business, which also includes SME and Specialist Markets teams.
John joined GBS in January 2024 as part of the Buck acquisition. With over 30 years of financial services experience in the City of London, he has a deep knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace and the technology solutions increasingly used to deliver benefit programmes to corporations and their employees in the UK and globally.
