Lee is the Managing Director of the Pensions Administration Practice for Gallagher’s UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS). Lee holds overall responsibility for delivering outsourcing services to 170 pension schemes and 430,000 members, leading an expert team combining member-centric service delivery and market-leading technology while providing strategic support to clients.
Lee joined GBS in January 2024 following the Buck acquisition. He is a highly experienced specialist in corporate pensions, employee benefits, implementation, project management, software development, strategy and administration. Lee holds more than 32 years of pensions experience, with 30 of those years at Buck.
