Mike Young
Chief Compliance Officer, UK
Mike is the Chief Compliance Officer for Gallagher’s UK Benefits & HR Consulting division (GBS), holding responsibility for all regulatory matters. Mike holds the FCA senior management function for compliance oversight, as well as the role of money laundering reporting officer.
Mike joined GBS in January 2024 as part of the Buck acquisition. He has over 35 years' experience in pensions and financial services, with almost 30 years' compliance experience and has held several senior leadership positions and statutory directorships. Mike holds a degree in Law from the University of Lancaster.
