Inclusion and Diversity at Gallagher

It is important to have a workforce that is representative of the clients and communities we serve. Gallagher has cultivated relationships with historical black colleges and universities, Hispanic-serving institutions, women's colleges, schools with diverse student populations, and diverse centers of influence to expand and diversify our talent pool.

Our learning team offers unconscious bias training, embeds I&D modules in select training programs and promotes Gallagher's inclusive behaviors regionally to equip our colleagues with tools to foster inclusion and diversity across the business.

Across the globe, our divisional and regional inclusion and diversity committees are building awareness and action around I&D focuses such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, mental health, and disabilities.

To further support these initiatives, enterprise I&D forums consisting of colleagues across divisions and regions work together on defined I&D priorities and strategies to create a truly inclusive culture at Gallagher.

We sponsor virtual workshops and create opportunities for mentoring in partnership with Dress for Success, helping women in the workforce around the world gain skills, resources and confidence to set them on their paths for a rewarding career.

We support the Legacy Project's efforts to help create global educational resources and lesson plans spotlighting LGBTQ+ individuals in history for students and teachers.
