Catherine Herro is Manager of Recruiting with the Executive Search and Leadership Advisors team of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice.
Catherine joined The Human Capital Group in 2013, which became part of Gallagher in 2019. Catherine began her career as a television production coordinator, working to align all details for a successful television production.
In her role with Gallagher, Catherine's takes the time to listen to the needs of the Managing Directors, clients and candidates to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved in the search.
Over her tenure, Catherine has worked her way through various roles from Business Operations Associate to her current role, learning the Executive Search business from the ground up.
Catherine is a graduate of Western Kentucky University. She and her husband and daughter live just outside of Nashville. Catherine is pursuing a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University.
