Daniel Payette

Daniel is a director on the Assessment and Leadership Development team in Gallagher's Talent Management practice. He began his career in the health sector, holding various roles such as organizational development advisor, training advisor and head of the Training and Continuing Professional Development department. This has allowed him to develop robust expertise in organizational change and training, more specifically in the context of uncertainty. As a consultant at Gallagher, Daniel divides his time between creating leadership development programs, facilitating team effectiveness mandates with management teams, diagnosing the organizational climate and assessing leaders' potential.

Allergic to routine, Daniel is passionate about corporate development and learning at all levels. He continually seeks to create the conditions for organizations and individuals to become more aware of their strengths and use them more intentionally. He loves complex mandates and strongly believes that it is possible to have fun at work, even in the face of adversity.

He holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Sherbrooke and is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Quebec (OPQ).
