What happens now?
Effective 1 June 2022, we are continuing our operations under the Gallagher brand and entity. Rest assured the fundamentals of how we work with your business will remain unchanged. For you, it is business as usual. Our team will continue to service your insurance needs, and your current policies and any financial or premium funding arrangements, will also remain unaffected by the merger.
Mitchell website and client portal
Our website www.mitchellim.com.au, has now been redirected to Gallagher as a part of our merger. We encourage you to explore the services offered by Gallagher through this webpage, and if you have any queries on your current polices, please contact us or complete the form on this page.
Clients of Mitchell Insurance Management have also had access to our mymitchellim.com.au client portal to access documentation associated with your current policies.
During the process of integrating our business, we have had to have had to re-evaluate how this portal is serviced for our clients. We apologise to our clients for any inconvenience this temporary loss of service may cause.
In the meantime if, as a client, you require any documentation or information related to current or previous policies, please contact us and we’ll be able to provide everything necessary.

Terms of business
Gallagher has a Terms of Business Agreement (Terms), which sets out the basis on which we will provide our services to you. Importantly, the Terms contain certain provisions which you should be aware of, such as our limitation on liability (which includes a $20 million cap), and our ability to disclose personal information and confidential information to third parties (including our related companies and insurers). Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms, and contact us if you have any queries.
