Greg Fieger

Greg Fieger has been a trusted business advisor to his clients for 35 years. Located in Regina, Greg has served boards, chief executives and their teams on search and consulting assignments of significant importance over his three decades in the consulting business. Greg is a student of governance and has significant experience designing and facilitating highly sensitive stakeholder engagement processes to inform strategy, search assignments and key governance/executive decisions. Through his work, Greg has insight into effective, executive teaming and what it takes to lead leaders. He has helped organizations assess strategy, structure, culture, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and more importantly, to develop effective action plans to improve their performance on these dimensions. Greg's experience underpins his ability to help clients by asking thoughtful questions, surfacing important insights that emerge from diverse perspectives, and integrating data into useful information packages to help clients make informed, high-quality executive and board decisions.

Throughout the years, Greg's clients have valued his business sense, whole system perspective and business transformation capabilities. Committed to the community, Greg currently serves on the Ranch Ehrlo Society's Board of Directors on which he currently is past-chair, and as chair of the annual KidSport Charity Golf Tournament. He also is an active member of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Players Alumni Association.
