Congress Repeals Numerous ACA Taxes Including the “Cadillac Plan” Tax
Just in time for the holidays, Congress passed a $1.4 trillion package to fund the federal government through September 2020. The legislation includes a repeal of three ACA taxes – the “Cadillac Plan” Tax, the excise tax on medical devices, and the annual fee on health insurance providers.
