A client was in the midst of acquiring and consolidating a number of healthcare providers. The integrating of the various subsidiaries into one new entity prompted a review of the total property and liability risks. Additionally, our client had to consider the implication to its benefits and HR programs as employees of the various entities did not have the same choices in benefits plans.
