A new partnership appointing Gallagher as the exclusive insurance partner for HIRE360 is the first of its kind for the Chicago construction industry. Gallagher and HIRE360 will aim to expand employment for underrepresented populations by connecting them with new opportunities.

HIRE360 is a Chicago-based nonprofit which aims to increase minority employment in the construction and hospitality trades. To date, HIRE360 has worked with more than 85 diverse contractors in scaling up their capacity and providing technical assistance where needed, such as access to capital, wage, welfare bonds, and more. With over $100 billion of construction estimated to occur in the Greater Chicago Area over the next 10-15 years, HIRE360 serves as a common front door to connect the community to over 30 building trades programs and to jobs with construction firms.
