Alex Birkholz

Alex Birkholz is an Associate Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice.

Before joining Gallagher, Alex worked as a consultant for Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). During his time at CWT, he managed clients throughout the hotel sourcing, report optimization and final review processes. He has gained extensive experience in analyzing financial data, improving processes and forecasting trends.

Alex received a BA in marketing management from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
