Alex J. Manfrediz
National Managing Director, Research and Insights
Alex Manfrediz serves as National Managing Director of Research and Insights within Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting business line. As an outcomes-focused Management Consulting executive with a strong blend of advisory, analytical, and thought leadership skills, he supports C-level executives, client teams, and internal staff/stakeholders.
Alex is an experienced practitioner in human capital strategies (HCS) including culture, engagement and eX consulting. His strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and project management skills are complemented by extensive domestic and international business experience.
In his career, Alex has worked with many F500 organizations across industry sectors including Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, Healthcare, and Technology to assess their employee experiences and develop their human capital strategies aligned to business objectives.
Prior to working with Gallagher, Alex served as a Managing Director/Partner at Kincentric (a Spencer Stuart Company), as an Associate Partner at Aon, and as a Program Director at International Data Corp (IDC).
Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
