Amber May is a Principal Consultant with the Compensation and Rewards service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Ms. May has worked with a wide variety of healthcare organizations, including large integrated delivery systems, children's hospitals, healthcare associations, and specialty organizations. Ms. May has assisted clients in the development and evaluation of executive and physician total compensation programs, including base salary and incentive compensation, retention programs, executive benefits, supplemental executive retirement programs, severance plans, and perquisites.
Ms. May received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.
