Brandon Ferguson is a Senior Recruiter with Gallagher MSA Search, a part of the Gallagher Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. In Brandon's role as senior recruiter, he partners with senior consulting staff to design and execute targeted searches for positions in client organizations nationwide. His skills cross multiple facets of the executive search field, including developing marketing strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, developing national networking relationships, and offering candidate and client support.
Brandon brings wealth of retained search experience within a variety of industries, including financial services, accounting, nonprofit and healthcare. Brandon is a seasoned recruiter with eight years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry. The first five years of his career were focused on business development and human resources. He then brought his expertise to Gallagher, a firm that specializes in filling executive- and director-level needs through partnership with large-scale healthcare systems as well as many other industries. During the COVID pandemic, he began consulting for various industries of need as an independent contractor. Most recently, Gallagher brought him back in as a senior recruiter to again address executive level needs in various industries. The North American Journal of Psychology published him in 2011 for his research in human behavior. He excels at and enjoys meeting new people, developing new relationships, solving problems and contributing to the overall growth of his company.
Brandon received a Bachelor of Science \ in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State as well as a Masters of Arts in School Counseling from Lindenwood University.
