Brenda Pitts

Brenda is an accomplished Human Resources professional who brings more than 13 years of HR leadership experience across industries including commercial real estate development, retail, pharmacy staffing, manufacturing, consulting, non-profit, and fitness and recreational products.

She specializes in the setup, remediation and development of HR organizations, delivering processes and technologies within companies that have undergone shifts or are on a growth trajectory. Trusted and knowledgeable, Brenda partners with others to solve problems and offer solutions.

Before joining Gallagher, Brenda honed her skills in project, process and program management, HRIS systems implementation, management and reporting, HR policy and compliance, benefits, payroll and compensation, and talent management and performance.

Brenda a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Scienbce in Education, and she holds SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications, as well as the SHRM Total Rewards Specialty credential.
