Carmen Cummings is a Senior Consultant with the Physician and Advanced Practice Provider Services service line of Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Ms. Cummings has experience working in the healthcare industry, including physician compensation, acquisition, and integration. In her previous role, Ms. Cummings oversaw the development and implementation of compliance monitoring and audit programs where she focused on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services payment redesign models.
Ms. Cummings is dedicated to helping clients ensure their practice is operating at maximum efficiency while their existing compensation programs are market competitive.
Her client base is national in scope and includes large multi-specialty clinics, integrated healthcare systems, stand-alone hospitals, prestigious academic medical centers, and children's hospitals.
Ms. Cummings holds Bachelors degrees in Economics and German from St. Olaf College, and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
