Chad Roedder, Ph.D.,is a Senior Principal Consultant for Gallagher's Executive Search & Leadership Advisors team, a part of the Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice.
Dr. Roedder brings more than 20 years of experience in both external and internal consulting roles of progressively increasing responsibility. Dr. Roedder has helped clients in many different industries with solutions in the areas of leadership and organizational development, executive coaching, succession planning, competency modeling, engagement surveys, individual and team assessments, and program evaluation/human capital analytics.
Dr. Roedder received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College, his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
