Courtney Kelekian

With more than seventeen years of consulting experience, Courtney is a Senior Consultant with Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. She brings extensive experience in the strategy, analysis and design of compensation programs across a wide array of industries.

Throughout her consulting career, Courtney attention to detail, analytic approach, and vast industry knowledge provides clients with strategic solutions to meet their business objectives. She works with human resources departments offering analysis, design, development and implementation of compensation related programs that support overall organizational wellbeing.

Courtney has provided compensation expertise in industries such as manufacturing, technology, health care, and higher education.
