Eleanor Falk is a Consultant for the Human Resources Technology Consulting (HRT) practice of Gallagher's Human Resources and Compensation Consulting practice. Eleanor assists employer organizations in identifying, choosing and implementing human capital management platforms to enable a more effective and capable Human Resources operation. She draws on her strengths as a strategic and critical thinker, collaborator, change agent and trusted business partner to assist employers in leveraging technology to support their people strategy.
Her previous experience in the Human Resources industry as a Human Resources leader, vendor, consultant, trainer, project manager and solution expert provides Eleanor with a unique multi-faceted perspective. She draws on these insights to unite teams to engineer a win-win approach and actionable strategy to achieve organizational objectives. Her more than 30 years in the industry have honed her ability to understand how mindset, people and processes impact how technology enables the employee experience.
Before joining Gallagher's HRT Practice, Eleanor worked for a national health organization, creating global multi-layer strategies focused on the end-user. She also has experience as a solutions expert with leading HR, payroll and workforce management technology companies. Further, she serves as a consultant and trainer for a nonprofit employer association serving more than 4,000 employers, covering one million employees worldwide.
Eleanor earned a Bachelor of Arts in business (emphasis on HR), speech communication and theatre from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She achieved the professional designations Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
